Despite the 1st Test defeat by Australia inside 3 days, The Windies managed to find one positive which was that of Adrian Barath, who placed himself in the West indies record books by becoming the youngest ever West Indian to make a century on test debut. Windies Online has put together a list of the youngest West Indian century makers and also the youngest players to score a century in Australia, see below.
